Frequently asked questions

Why is my air-con running but not producing cold air?

An air-conditioning system has two main components: the indoor fancoil unit and the outdoor condenser unit. The indoor fancoil circulates air across the cooling generated by the outdoor condenser. If your unit is blowing air but it isn't cold, the outdoor condenser is likely not functioning correctly. We recommend contacting a qualified technician to inspect and diagnose the outdoor unit

Why is my air-con leaking water?

Under normal operation, an air-conditioner produces condensate water inside the indoor fancoil, which drains away through a drainage pipe. Leaking occurs when this drainage pipe becomes clogged or blocked, causing water to back up and overflow. Regular servicing helps prevent blockages before they become a problem.

How much does your air-conditioning service cost?

Our pricing depends on several factors, including the type of service required, the number and type of units, and the size of your premises. A one-time servicing visit is priced differently from a contract maintenance plan, and commercial or industrial jobs are assessed based on the scope of work involved.

Rather than give you a figure that may not apply to your situation, we prefer to understand your needs first and provide a quote that is accurate and fair. Contact us via WhatsApp and we will get back to you promptly with a no-obligation quotation.

Why is the room still not cold after the air-con has been running for hours?

There are several possible causes:

The indoor fancoil is dirty, reducing its ability to circulate cool air effectively.

The outdoor condenser is dirty, reducing its cooling capacity.

The refrigerant level in the system is low.

The system is experiencing an intermittent fault causing it to stop and restart.

The target temperature on the thermostat is set too high.

The air-conditioning unit is undersized for the space it is cooling.

If you are unsure of the cause, a qualified technician can assess the system and advise you on the best course of action.
